At his core, Kyle is equally at home poring over research and developing frameworks from complexity, or riding a motorbike out to the coastline with his camera. As a seasoned end-to-end researcher & design strategist, he operates seamlessly across the lifecycle: whether shadowing and interviewing micro-small business owners; conceptualizing complex mental models and economic flows into frameworks; or designing and facilitating workshops to support product managers generate creative, strategic, and actionable product concepts rooted in qualitative insights. Furthermore, he is a natural design coach: often found guiding project and client teams through sensemaking processes, or providing mentorship to researchers and designers across various experience levels.
